Privacy notice

1. Data controller

The data controller is Andrea Domenicucci, an individual. Contact for any personal data request: trasporta.autoinsicurezza@gmail.com.

2. Data processed

Clients: company name, phone number (preferably mobile), email, searched routes, carriers contacted through the site and consent preferences.

Carriers: company data, VAT number (not shown publicly), public contacts, served areas, indicative prices and the login email for the private area.

Reviews: the name you enter (published only as first name and surname initial, for example "Marco R."), your email (used to confirm the review with a code and never published), the star rating and the optional comment.

Staff: email address and role of the people running the service.

3. Purposes and legal bases

1) Providing the service, i.e. showing carriers' contacts and sending service messages (pre-contractual measures or contract).

2) Statistics and service improvement (legitimate interest).

3) Messages about similar Auto in sicurezza services, with the right to object at any time (legitimate interest).

4) Newsletter and promotional messages (optional consent).

5) Sharing data with automotive partners such as insurers, finance companies and trading platforms for their offers (optional consent).

6) Transfer of data to a buyer or successor in case of sale, merger or contribution of the project (legitimate interest, see section 6).

7) Publishing and moderating reviews: the consent you give by submitting the review, which you can withdraw by asking for removal, and our legitimate interest in checking content before publication.

8) Service security and prevention of abuse and fraud, with request limits and technical logs (legitimate interest).

4. Retention

Clients who do not confirm their email: data deleted after 30 days.

Verified clients: data kept as long as needed for the service and in any case no longer than 5 years after last use.

Search and contact events: after 5 years they are kept only in anonymous form.

Reviews not confirmed with the code: deleted after 30 days. Published reviews: visible until removed by our staff or at your request.

Carrier accounts: until the listing is deleted.

Security logs and change history: for the time needed to protect the controller's rights.

Consents are kept until withdrawn; statistics are kept in aggregate form.

5. Recipients and providers

To deliver the service we use technical providers acting as processors: hosting (Vercel), database and authentication (Supabase, servers in the European Union), email delivery (Resend), anti-bot protection (Cloudflare) and address search (Geoapify, European Union).

Some providers may process data outside the European Union under the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or an adequacy decision.

Automotive partners receive data only with your consent.

6. Transfer of the project

In case of sale, merger or contribution of the project, data may be transferred to the buyer or to a company related to the controller, based on legitimate interest and with the same safeguards. Data subjects will be informed.

7. Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interest and withdraw consents by writing to trasporta.autoinsicurezza@gmail.com.

You can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
