1. Who we are and what the service offers

Trasporta auto in sicurezza is a directory of car transport companies with direct contacts, run by Andrea Domenicucci.

The service is not an intermediary: it does not organise transports, does not receive payments and is not a party to agreements between client and carrier.

2. Prices and times

Prices and times shown are indicative: they are declared by the company or are market averages. The final price is agreed directly with the carrier.

3. Use by clients

Clients undertake to provide truthful data and to use the contacts obtained only for transport requests.

Mass collection of contacts, spam and automated use of the site are forbidden. To protect the service, limits on the number of requests apply.

4. Carriers

Registration is free.

Carriers declare that they are companies duly authorised to carry goods for third parties (registered with the Italian haulers' register where required) and covered by adequate insurance.

They are responsible for the accuracy of the data and prices entered.

Publication is subject to review and may be suspended or removed in case of false data, serious complaints or breaches of these terms.

Carriers may edit or delete their listing at any time.

5. Reviews

Reviews must concern real experiences, with no offensive content or third parties' personal data.

Every review is moderated before publication. The author confirms their email and our staff checks the content; we do not verify that the transport actually took place.

6. Liability

The service is not liable for the performance of transports, damage, delays or agreements between the parties, except in case of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

Uninterrupted availability of the site is not guaranteed.

7. Future paid services

Any paid services, such as featured profiles, will have conditions communicated before activation. Featured companies will be clearly marked as such.

8. Intellectual property

The brand, texts and code of the site belong to the owner and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Changes to the terms

The terms may change: the updated version is published with its date. Changes are communicated to carriers by email.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

Italian law applies. For consumers, the consumer's own forum remains unaffected; in other cases the court of the owner's place of residence has jurisdiction.
